This is the first track of 'Amanzi Ngawethu' produced by friction films in 2009. Over the course of seven years (2003-2009) the APF and CAWP organised and mobilised communities across Gauteng, but with specific focus on Orange Farm and Phiri (Soweto) against the privatisation of water in all it forms. This 10 minute video was produced by friction films (an independent outfit based in Barcelona, Spain) using footage taken by the APF, CAWP and the Unitarian Universalist Committee (a progressive church donor to CAWP) of a range of activities over a number of years.
