Description:	This is part 9 of 10 records that discuss the plane crash of President Samora Machel. This is a transcript of the TRC in-camera inquiry of Willem Oosthuizen, held in Cape Town on 4 June 1998. Oosthuizen served in Koevoet, counter-insurgency units and was in the process of being transferred to military intelligence at the time of the crash. He gives information about various pieces of equipment he saw and where this equipment was moved to around the time of the crash. This record was released by the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development in response to Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) request SAH-2013-DOJ-0003.
