Description:	This is part 10 of 10 records that discuss the plane crash of President Samora Machel. This is a transcript for the TRC in-camera inquiry of Franz Mandlazi, held in Cape Town on 4 June 1998. In 1986 Mandlazi was part of the SADF working in "underground intelligence". On the night of the crash, there was a braai with many senior officials in the SA government; he highlights the fact that a large group of important people were at Mbuzini on the night of the crash. These records were released by the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development in response to Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) request SAH-2013-DOJ-0003.
