This document sets out the North West Province’s Accelerated School Infrastructure Delivery Initiative (ASIDI) Programme, Infrastructure Programme Implementation Plan (IPIP) providing the letter of approval from the Department of Basic Education to North West province undated and unsigned, and the ASIDI IPIP which sets out the project plan for the development of programmes and objectives, project cycle, implementation process, budgets allocations and costings, timelines and milestones, monitoring and reporting, key performance indicators, progress and performance monitoring, risk management and management process flow. Annexures include Memorandum of Agreement, appointment letters, list of approved projects, programme schedule, occupational health and safety guidelines, plans for risk, quality, communications, financial and programme management process flow. This document was released by the Department of Basic Education in part response to PAIA request SAH-2013-DBE-0003. |
