Description: Attached to this correspondence from the Department of Basic Education in response to the PAIA request is the Accelerated Schools Infrastructure Delivery Initiative (ASIDI) Programme, Infrastructure Programme and Implementation Plan (IPIP), including a letter of approval from the Department of Basic Education to Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) in Midrand, Gauteng, dated 28 September 2012. The ASIDI IPIP plan sets out the project plan for the programme goals and deliverables, implementation, budget, schedule, monitoring and reporting, performance evaluation, managements plans and implementation strategy with references to annexes which are not provided. This document was released by the Department of Basic Education in part response to PAIA request SAH-2013-DBE-0003.
