This document sets out Limpopo’s Infrastructure Programme Implementation Plan (IPIP) for the Accelerated School Infrastructure Development Initiative (ASIDI) Programme for school water and sanitation. It includes the project plan for the project cycle, implementation process, budget allocations and costings, timelines and milestones, monitoring and reporting, key performance indicators, management plans for risk, quality, communication, human resources and finance. Appendices include a list of proposed and approved projects, agreements for service delivery and programme management, timelines, summary reports, design guidelines and risk, quality, communication, and financial plans. This document provides the letter of approval from the Department of Basic Education to Mvula Trust, Limpopo, dated 17 January 2013.
