FOIP Field Trip: India 2009
FOIP’s Project Manager, Charlotte Young, has returned from an International Field trip to India which included research, workshops, presentations, discussions and setting up networks with key individuals and organizations working in Freedom of Information in India. In just three weeks Charlotte visited individuals and organizations in Mumbai, Kalynyan (Maharashtra), Ahmadabad (Gujarat), Jaipor, Behar and Rural Villages in Rajasthan, Delhi, and Bangalore. Work conducted during this trip will feed in to the FOIP Capacity Building Project as well as the work of the newly-established PAIA Civil Society Network. An Executive Summary and a full-length Report will be published on SAHA’s website in May 2009.
