Description:	This is a transcript of the TRC Section 29 in-camera inquiry of Mbekiseni Khumalo, 29 May 1998, JHB; pp.374-455. MbekiseniKhumalo is being questioned on this involvement in gross human violations as the alleged leader of the Khumalo gang which includes the kidnapping and killing of Dixon Nkosi, shooting of Lucky Maseko and Vusi Tshabalala and arson of 2 houses. This record was released by the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development (DOJ) in response to Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) request SAH-2013-DOJ-0003. The first release of this record on 2015/01/12 had redactions on: p.393; p.396-397; p.406; p.408; p.435. It also had pages 377-455 missing. The subsequent release on 2015/12/17 by DOJ was a clean copy. This record is EMBARGOED due to the DOJ redaction's and will be made available once that had been cleared.
