Mnisi was a personal assistant to the Chief of Counter-Intelligence of the MK in Angola. he gives evidence on his involvement in the interrogation of two spies who infiltrated the MK; and his knowledge on this issue in general. This record was released by the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development in response to the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) request SAH-2013-DOJ-0003.
