This record was released by the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development (DOJ) in response to Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) request SAH-2013-DOJ-0003. The first release of this record on 2015/01/12 had Redactions on: p. 3. The subsequent release on 2015/12/17 by DOJ was a clean copy.
