This is a transcript of the TRC Section 29 in-camera inquiry of Solomon Sifunsa, held in Johannesburg on 11 December 1996. pp. 1-17.
Solomon Sifunsa is giving evidence regarding a ‘coached’ testimony he made about the actions of Enos Mazibuko and Julius Nkosi. Sifunsa is lodging a formal complaint that the officer that coached his answer is sitting in on the TRC committee as an investigator. Hearing was postponed until a later date.
