Description: This is a transcript of the TRC Section 29 in-camera inquiry of Solomon Sifunsa, held in Johannesburg on 11 December 1996. pp. 1-17. Solomon Sifunsa is giving evidence regarding a ‘coached’ testimony he made about the actions of Enos Mazibuko and Julius Nkosi. Sifunsa is lodging a formal complaint that the officer that coached his answer is sitting in on the TRC committee as an investigator. Hearing was postponed until a later date. Interview recorded in English. Sifunsa's account a translation from Zulu. This record was released by the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development (DOJ) in response to Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) request SAH-2013-DOJ-0003. The first release of this record on 2015/01/12 had Redactions on: p. 3-5 , 13. The subsequent release on 2015/12/17 by DOJ was a clean copy.
