This is a transcript of the TRC Section 29 in-camera inquiry of Wouter Jacobus Basson held at Cape Town on 17 April 1998.
This transcript is a continuation of a previous inquiry on Basson’s role in the Civil Cooperation Beureau (CCB). Binnekring was the command/ decision making element of the CCB. Transcript discusses link to special forces, the security branch and South African Medical Services as well as the organisation structure and people involved.
The record is in English however Basson’s responses have been translated from Afrikaans.
