Attached to this letter is a list of members of the Batlhabine Tribal Authority entitled 'Die Batlhabine van Mogoboya: Samestelling van Stamowerheid" (The Batlhabine of Mogoboya: a compilation of the Batlhabine Tribal Authority) by ethnologist F.G.
