The festival was banned by the state. The text reads: “CALLING ALL ARTISTS : ABOUT TIME : IMAGES OF SOUTH AFRICA” on page 160 (number 286) of the 1991 SAHA / Ravan Press edition and the 2004 SAHA / STE Publishers edition.
