Be a Witness to Justice ... Biowatch South Africa

Biowatch South Africa will appear in the Pretoria High Court on Monday to appeal against costs awarded to Monsanto SA (Pty) Ltd. The appeal follows their case against the Department of Agriculture in which they were granted access to a majority of the records sought. Monsanto claimed it was forced to join the proceedings to protect confidential information and successfully obtained costs.

Biowatch invites all to support their appeal by attending the hearing on Monday 23 April 2007, Transvaal Division of the High Court at 10am.
