Mario Mahongo is a employee of the SADF and is giving evidence about the death of four people known as "Jackson se Pad" and other gross human violation such as 31 Battalion (under the SADF) coercing !Xu and Khwe communities to participate in SADF operations in Angola, Caprivi and Zambia. This record was released by the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development in response to Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) request SAH-2013-DOJ-0003.
