Description:	This is part 2 of 10 records that discuss the plane crash of President Samora Machel. This is a transcript of the TRC Section 29 in-camera inquiry of Jacobus Janse van Rensburg, held in Cape Town on 3 June 1998. Janse van Rensburg was the lawyer who assisted the Margo Commission, which was the South African Commission that investigated the crash. Judge Margo also chaired the Helderberg Inquiry. Janse van Rensburg is called to justify his approach to the investigation which appeared to have been reactive and based on what evidence persons were disposed to bring to him. This record was released by the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development in response to Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) request SAH-2013-DOJ-0003.
