This digital colour photograph of David Beer was taken by Mary Ndlovu during the interview she conducted with Beer for the South African History Archive (SAHA) as part of the ZAPU/Zenzo Nkobi oral history project on 12.08.2011. In his interview David Beer describes the material support given by Canadians to projects in the refugee camps, as well as raising awareness and support among the Canadian public and government.
